These are not at all weird when taken by themselves. What is weird is that my brother got them from two cookies in the same meal — the first, then the second.
He suggests, the best interests of public safety, that if you have an extra cookie after your next meal you should just leave it.
Personally I think it’s a political statement. I mean it does sum up the whole red-state-blue-state thing.

I found a fortune on the floor of a subway station recently that said, “The time is right to make new friends.” And I wondered, when is it not? Is there an opposite fortune that says, “You have too many friends. Time to stop making new ones, stop talking to existing ones, and turn a few old friends into enemies.”?
